5.1 All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors may occur. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.
5.3 Prices do not include delivery fees, insurance, duties, or additional charges unless expressly stated.
6. PAYMENT
6.1 Accepted payment methods may include but are not limited to:

E-wallets or third-party payment gateways
6.2 Full payment must be received before order processing or shipment.
6.3 We reserve the right to conduct verification checks and to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised transactions.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
7.1 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when the order has been dispatched or collected.
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or abuse
Failure to meet eligibility requirements
7.3 If payment has been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be processed within 5–14 working days, subject to payment provider timelines.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
8.1 We currently ship within Malaysia only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.2 Shipping partners may include Pos Laju, GDex, DHL eCommerce, or other couriers as determined by us.
8.3 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
8.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or first delivery attempt.
8.5 Free or flat-rate shipping promotions apply to new orders only and do not cover reshipments caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels.
8.6 Additional shipping fees may apply for heavyweight, oversized, or East Malaysia deliveries.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
9.1 All goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law.
9.2 Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with clear photographic or video evidence.
9.3 Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, modification, improper installation, environmental conditions, or user negligence are not eligible for return or compensation.
9.4 Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method only.
10. WARRANTY
10.1 Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the respective manufacturers and not by Ebony Guitar Music House unless expressly stated.
10.2 We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. USE OF PRODUCTS
11.1 Musical instruments and audio equipment involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that improper use may result in injury, property damage, or hearing loss.
11.2 We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product sold by us.
